ขั้นตอนดำเนินการ
1.กดปุ่ม Windows + R > พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl กดปุ่ม OK
3.กดปุ่ม Yes
4.ตรวจสอบว่า ESET Personal Firewall ว่ายังอยู่หรือไม่? จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Close
5.ให้ download tool ชื่อ esetuninstaller.exe จาก URL: https://download.eset.com/.../latest/esetuninstaller.exe เมื่อดาวน์โหลดเสร็จให้ Restart เครื่องเพื่อเข้าสู่ Safe Mode > ที่ Safe Mode รัน Command Prompt > ให้ change directory ไปยัง path ที่เก็บแล้วพิมพ์ > esetuninstaller.exe /reinst
6.ที่บรรทัด Are you sure you wish to continue? (y/n): พิมพ์ y แล้วกด Enter
7.ที่บรรทัด Enter selection of the ESET product you wish to uninstall, and then press enter (hint: to abort press ‘q’): พิมพ์ 1 แล้วกด Enter
8.ที่บรรทัด Are you sure you want to unistall ESET Smart Security from this OS? (y/n): พิมพ์ y แล้วกด Enter
9.สังเกตที่บรรทัด The uninstallation process has finished successfully, please restart your computer. แสดงว่าขั้นตอนการ Uninstall Eset นั้นเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ให้ รีสตาร์ทเครื่องเพื่อบู๊ต Windows สู่โหมดปกติ
10.เมื่อบู๊ตเครื่องเสร็จให้ตรวจสอบที่ Path C:\Program Files\ESET ว่ายังมีอยู่หรือไม่ ?
11.รัน eset_smart_security_live_installer.exe ใหม่อีกครั้ง > กดปุ่ม Yes
12.เลือกภาษาที่ต้องการติดตั้ง และกดปุ่ม Continue
13.กดปุ่ม I Accept
14.คลิกที่ Enable detection of potentially unwanted applications และกดปุ่ม Install
15.กดปุ่ม Done
16.ใส่ License Key และกดปุ่ม Activate
17.ระบบแจ้งว่า Activate ประสบผลสำเร็จ และกดปุ่ม Done
